1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bbt22 platform ("Platform" or "Site"). When you register, log in, or use any service on bbt22, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

bbt22 is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use the bbt22 platform:

  • The user must be at least 21 years old. We may request a valid ID to verify age.
  • The user must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited for personal use under local law.
  • Anyone whose account was previously closed or suspended by us may not create a new account.
  • Each individual may operate only one account.
  • Professional athletes, referees, or related officials may not place bets on their own matches.

We may request proof of age at any time. If someone registers by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Verification

By opening an account on bbt22, you can enjoy all services on the platform. The following applies at the time of registration:

3.1 Registration Information

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.
  • If any of your information changes, please notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security

  • Keep your login password confidential and do not share it with third parties.
  • If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify us immediately.
  • No bbt22 staff member will ever ask for your password — ignore any such requests.
  • You are responsible for any use of your account by another person.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, we may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. Account verification may be required before withdrawal requests are processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bbt22 processes transactions through the mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
  • Deposits must come from your own account — use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
  • After a successful deposit, your balance is typically updated instantly.
  • If a deposit gets stuck for any reason, please contact the support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Average withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit.
  • Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is completed.
  • For unusual or suspicious transactions, we may delay a withdrawal for additional verification.
Note: bbt22 does not charge any commission or additional fees on transactions. However, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bbt22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These benefits are subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined amount of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing funds earned from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may claim each offer only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • bbt22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If abuse of an offer or bonus arbitrage is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • VIP cashback and other promotions are subject to their own separate terms.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on bbt22.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

  • Once a bet has been finally accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • We reserve the right to void bets accepted at abnormal odds due to a system error.
  • If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports.
  • Bet outcomes depend on official results.
  • In live betting, some bets may be rejected due to delays.

6.3 Casino Games

  • All games are operated in a fair and random manner.
  • The individual rules of game providers apply.
  • If the connection is lost, the game result will be stored on the server.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbt22 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
  • Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other fraudulent activities.
  • Using software, bots, or any automated method to place bets.
  • Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
  • Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
  • Harassing other users or behaving in a disrespectful manner.
  • Match fixing or taking advantage of insider information.
  • Making payments using a third-party account.

Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account, possible forfeiture of the balance, and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bbt22 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Providing false or incomplete information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Extended inactivity on the account.
  • At the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. The account will be closed after any valid balance has been withdrawn.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

  • We use SSL encryption to keep all transactions secure.
  • Your personal information is not sold to third parties.

10 Responsible Gambling
